The Musée de Clamecy houses Gallo-Roman and Merovingian archaeology ; paintings and sculptures from the 16th to the 20th centuries ; an exceptional collection of posters by Charles Loupot ; Clamecy earthenware ; memorabilia of Nobel Prize winner Romain Rolland ; and an evocation of timber rafting. There are also a number of audiovisual displays to enhance the visit.
