The Muséum, Musée de France, looks after 160,000 natural history specimens that tell the story of our region’s present and past biodiversity.
Gathered together over the last 250 years, fossils, minerals, naturalised animals, herbariums, skeletons and insects await in the Museum’s reserves the exhibition that will present them to the public or the researcher who will study them.
The Museum also houses a collection of 93 scientific reference specimens, mainly fossil fish and crustaceans.
